Irene M. (Karwacki) Chateau, passed from this life on Wednesday, August 18, at the age of 100.

Visitation will be Monday, August 23 from 2-7 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Oak Park. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated immediately following visitation, at 7 p.m. Monday evening.

Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Isidore “Frenchy”, and her daughter, Sr. Melanie (Mary Ann). She is survived by her sons Reverend Paul, John and Michael, daughter-in-law Kathy and grandchildren Aaron (Kristen), Paul (Melinda), Meghan, Emily and Julia.
