Michael J. Trepkowski, brother-in-law of Reverend Joseph Mallia, entered eternal life Saturday, September 25, at the age of 54.

Visitation will be Monday, September 27, from 4-9 p.m., and Tuesday, September 28, from 1-9 p.m. at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons Funeral Home, 36900 Schoenherr Rd. in Sterling Heights (586) 826-8550.

Michael's body will lie in state on Wednesday, September 29 at St. Blase Church, 12151 Fifteen Mile Rd., Sterling Heights at 9 a.m. until the celebration of his Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. followed by burial in Resurrection Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, MaryLou (Mallia) Trepkowski; son, Jason (Amber); daughter, Sarah Jude (Paul); mother, Patricia; grandson, Caleb; 3 brothers, Kenneth (Judy), Ronald (Kathy), and Thomas; 1 sister, Diane; brother-in-law, Fr. Joseph Mallia; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
